Signature Printing is now part of the Allegra Family

In life, some things take a while, while others happen before your eyes. At Allegra Print • Signs • Design of Dulles, we experience both on a daily basis. One of the most recent transformations was the acquisition of the assets of Signature Printing of Chantilly by Allegra. We wanted to make sure that you heard the good news from us, and we wish the best for Scott and Vivian as they retire from the printing business.

Since March of 1991, Signature Printing has been serving Northern Virginia customers, large and small. Scott and Vivian’s retirement has been well earned and I’m sure that South Carolina will be grateful to make a home for the Watkins. They will be missed by customers and by their staff, many of them working with Scott for the entire time.

We opened our center in Chantilly in 1988 and have been blessed with good people and loyal customers. Allegra of Dulles was chosen by Quick Printing magazine as one of the Top 100 Printers in America for 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. Recently the Washington Business Journal honored Allegra Print • Signs • Design as one of the top 10 commercial printers in the DC metro area. We’re very proud of the accolades, and the awards, but the real success is when you, our customer, allow us to serve your printing and copying needs.

Our past has helped us to prepare for this transition. Since 2003 we’ve acquired 2 sign shops, and 5 print shops. We truly believe that we know how to take care of our customers, and we hope that you give us a chance to “wow” you with our friendly people, exceptional quality and ability to meet deadlines. We’ve expanded our capabilities offering signs, banners and displays, along with full-service mailing, all done in-house. Plus a more robust online ordering system will make your job easier than ever before. To make the transition as smooth as possible, many of the employees of Signature have decided to call Allegra their new home. Having the key people, as well as having access to client history and graphic files will make the changeover almost seamless.

On April 24th, we’re having a cookout to say “hello” to all Signature customers and we hope that you’ll be our guest. We’d really like to meet you and give you a tour of our unique, modern facility.
